All bir123 accounts registered by Indonesian residents are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The account currency is set at registration and cannot subsequently be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in IDR unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Note: bir123 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your bir123 account, you must have: (a) successfully completed the KYC verification process; (b) made at least one real-money deposit; (c) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (d) not be subject to any pending account review or security hold.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bir123 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered in the Member's name, or new payment methods that have not been used for at least one prior deposit transaction.
bir123 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members. Processing times are measured from the point of bir123's internal approval and do not include any additional time required by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider to credit funds to your account. Requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience short delays.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard. bir123 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing time.
bir123 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bir123 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x, 35x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while live table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, sports pre-match and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms. Playing games not eligible for wagering contribution while Bonus Funds are active will not count toward the requirement.
bir123 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the relevant Member's account, if we determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
